Hotel Information

All SPECS/2012 seminars and events will be at the Gaylord Palms Resort. You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations. The special single room rate for SPECS attendees is $199.00 plus resort fees and taxes. These rates are available through Wednesday, February 8, 2012. A one-night deposit is required. Mention SPECS/2012.

The Gaylord Palms is sold out over the SPECS dates. If you have not already made hotel arrangements, there are rooms currently available on a first-come, first-served at Caribe Royale All Suite Hotel.

SPECS rate $169.00 plus tax - all guest reservations must be guaranteed with a non-refundable first night's room and tax deposit, which is due at the time of booking. Deposits can be paid by credit card. The reservation number is 800-823-8300. Mention you are a SPECS attendee to receive the special rate.

Cancellation Policy: The deposit is refundable if notice is received at least three (3) days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. Otherwise, you will be charged one (1) night’s deposit.

Shuttle Service

As the primary ground transportation concessionaire at Orlando International Airport, available 24 hours a day, Mears offers on-line reservations for transportation between the Airport and Gaylord Palms Resort. You can book transportation with their shared ride shuttle services or with an exclusive Luxury Sedan. Shuttle services are provided in either a late-model 11 passenger shuttle van or a motor coach.
