Christina Cummins has utilized her extensive experience in the facility maintenance arena to create a company that focuses on service. Christina
co-founded CD Maintenance Company, which serves a variety of residential and commercial customers. Throughout the years, she and the co-owner/managing partner discovered a true need in the facility maintenance market for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and transparent maintenance company.
Prior to co-founding CD Maintenance Company, Christina worked sales in a variety of industries. She started her career in facility maintenance as a dispatcher, then due to her passion and commitment to customer service and follow through, was promoted to the role the Director of Business, and then to the Director of Operations for a large facility maintenance company.
Christina became very successful in executing customer service processes to increase revenue for Fortune 500 companies. She utilized her experience to execute contracts and service level agreements for several of the nation’s largest retailers.
Christina takes pride in having created a small business mindset that provides big business coverage. Her goal is to provide a platform that develops women in business in the facility maintenance industry. She also assures clients, vendor partners, self-performers, internal team members, and any potential customer or CD Maintenance supporter that the company knows and understands the importance of each and every interaction and relationship.
