Andy joined Walgreens in 2006 as a Facilities Engineer in the StoreCare department. During his time there, he oversaw Facilities Maintenance and a field team for the Southeast Region. He also led initiatives such as Reactive Capital, Recurring Services, Asset Strategy, and the Property Emergency Response program.

He transitioned to Retail Program Management in 2015 as a Director executing Refresh and Rebrand programs across the Walgreens portfolio. In 2017, he assumed the role of Property Lead for the Rite Aid Acquisition/Integration, overseeing property services transition, footprint optimization, and the physical conversion of ~1,100 stores.

Since 2021, and as a Sr. Director, he has led the Retail Programs and Construction Management team, including New Site Construction, Remodels, Front-End Retail, Partner (Village MD), Pharmacy and M&A program management execution.

Throughout his career with Walgreens, Andy has remained connected and integrated in all phases of Emergency Response, Recovery, and Rebuild, continuing to serve as a leadership resource and subject matter expert.
