Kathryn Bielefeld is currently development director at FOCUS Brands. She began her career in 2010, as an assistant store planner for Shoe Sensation. After a brief five-year stint in Cable Engineering, she returned to Shoe Sensation as a lead designer in 2016, and quickly moved to project manager. Later, she became director or new store construction for the company and in 2021, took on a project management role.

Throughout her career, she has acquired hands-on experience in both retail and restaurant construction and project management, most recently navigating the franchise world.
