Tamiko Olabintan is responsible for managing all hands-on operational aspects of NextUp, a professional organization dedicated to advancing all women, growing business and transforming workplaces through the power of community. She is NextUp president Sarah Alter’s right hand, and leads the firm’s high performing teams with a goal of being productive, efficient and effective.

She joined NextUp in 2022 as the group’s membership coordinator for PepsiCo. It was a natural transition following Tamiko’s seven-year tenure at PepsiCo’s Frito Lay division. During this time, she held multiple executive roles, most recently leading a $3.5 billion customer sales team for the South Central Region as the Senior Director of Sales.

Tamiko also volunteers for Million Women Mentor (MWM) where she mentors students in South Dallas, and is the chair for the Women Inclusion Network, which is geared to helping women develop leadership skills.

Tamiko earned her B.S in Marketing from San Francisco State University, her MBA from John F. Kennedy University, and her Strategic Management Certificate from Harvard University. She lives in Texas with her husband, Victor, and her children, Victoria and Elijah.
