Spencer Jordan is Senior Vice President of Leasing at Steiner + Associates, where she leads firmwide retail strategy and oversees a 3.7 million square foot portfolio of mixed-use, lifestyle, and high-street destinations. With more than 14 years of experience in retail real estate, she advises institutional owners, REITs, and national retailers on leasing execution, value creation, and market expansion.
Over her career, Spencer has directed merchandising across 14.7 million square feet and contributed to more than $2 billion in development, redevelopment, and acquisition activity. Her national tenant partnerships span global luxury brands, experiential retail, best-in-class food and beverage, and emerging direct-to-consumer concepts.
Her current portfolio includes Easton Town Center, University Square and Campus Gateway at The Ohio State University, and Tuscan Village in Salem, New Hampshire. A licensed real estate broker, she is an active member of ULI, ICSC, and WELD, and has been recognized by ICSC’s Next Generation Leadership Network, CenterBuild’s 40 Under 40, and Columbus CEO’s Future 50.
