Alison Hemmons is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Burlington Stores, Inc. With over 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and supporting both corporate and agency recruitment, Alison has spent her career in various industries with a focus on building teams that attract top talent. Currently with Burlington, she supports the corporate talent acquisition function and leads a team of nine TA professionals. Alison has a passion for leading high performing teams that are ambassadors of company culture and ensuring great candidate experiences to attract best in class talent to organizations.

Alison is a graduate of Temple University and lives outside of Philadelphia, PA with her husband and two daughters.
