Nick Stracka is strengthening Heartland Dental’s facilities team in many ways. He took on the role of Senior Facilities Manager in April 2022. Prior to this promotion, he was Facilities Manager and Facilities Coordinator. He was also the first person at Heartland Dental to hold a formal facilities title. Currently, he manages a team of seven and has three direct reports. His team oversees repair and maintenance requests at 1,770 offices in 39 states.

Prior to joining Heartland Dental, he was a managing partner and operations manager for a local fitness center.
