As a Retail Director for Hines, Starr is a CRE executive with 26 years of experience in the shopping center industry in the areas of property management, development, marketing, leasing and ancillary revenue generation. For 20 yrs she has been focused on the Ancillary Revenue sector of the shopping center industry generating revenue and traffic for properties. Starr has earned several ICSC Gold & Silver Maxi awards as well as the 2021 AMA AMY Award for best B2C event for the Atlanta Festival of Lights and the 2021 Annual Women in Real Estate awards by Connect CRE.
