Tim West’s career in the restaurant industry has spanned more than 25 years. His experience ranges from restaurant management to corporate franchise management, as well as operations and construction management.

In 2022, Tim joined The Habit Burger Grill as a Construction Manager. Prior to that, Tim also spent time as a Construction Manager for Scooters Coffee.

Tim also spent many years with Haagen-Dazs Shoppes starting out in operations, then taking over and leading the construction and distribution division. Here, he won numerous company awards for his commitment to the brand. His communication, attention to detail and strong work ethics have received praises from many he worked with.

During his tenure at both Haagen-Dazs Shoppes and Scooters Coffee, Tim has assisted in the successful construction and opening of over 100 restaurants.

Originally from Savannah, Ga., Tim attended college at Georgia State University in Atlanta. He currently resides in Rosemount, Minn., with his wife, three children, and 100 lb. Sheepadoodle. During his free time, he likes to work on cars, go to Nascar races, and watch college football, especially cheering on his favorite team, Notre Dame.
