Harry Oakley is both Chairman of the Energy Efficiency and Resource Management Board for the State of Rhode Island and works for Ocean State Job Lot as their Director of Energy, Sustainability, Procurement and Corporate Facilities. Mr. Oakley focuses on operating properties at their highest efficiency while finding innovative ways to create value across renewable energy and other incentive programs.
