As Senior Architect for Blains Farm & Fleet, Dave is responsible for the design and development of new and existing store projects. Dave’s experience working with local municipalities is an important first step in receiving approval for proposed new store locations and existing store renovations. Dave provides input and collaboration with Farm & Fleet’s real estate team and works with local planning officials to satisfy local ordinances and design standards, eliminating the need to sacrifice store functionality, brand identity or the customer experience.
