Paige Janson, COO at ENGIE Impact, leads the carbon and data management organization, as well as the firm’s commercial strategy and execution. She overseas global operations teams spanning the United States, Europe, and the Philippines that deliver data and analytics solutions for over 1,000 clients. Throughout her 18 year career at ENGIE, she held several positions across sales and operations, including roles that emerged through acquisitions.

Prior to her current role at ENGIE, she served as chief commercial officer (CCO) for ENGIE Insight, responsible for all client management, sales, and marketing efforts, as well as the global launch of ENGIE Impact in 2019. Before joining ENGIE, Janson worked for the Minister of Environment, Agriculture and Farming at the National Assembly for Wales, UK.

She received her BA in human resources and strategic management from Ohio University, where she was part of Phi Gamma Nu and on the board of the Student and Friends Alumni Organization for the College of Business. Janson also earned her MBA with a finance concentration from Xavier University, and was a founding board member of the Xavier University Women’s MBA Association. She was honored as the Distinguished Alumni of the Xavier College of Business for her contributions to business and her community.

When Janson is not working, she spends time with her husband and three kids traveling to the beach, and enjoying time in their home city of Cincinnati, Ohio.
