Christy Allen is a construction project manager with a major focus on store development on Foot Locker’s real estate team. Allen heads up the minor program and special projects for open store remodels for the company. These portfolios range from $1 million to $3 million dollars per program.
Allen has approximately 18 years of construction and facilities management experience. She is skilled in project planning, budgeting and as well as delivering high quality construction during and after project completion. Allen is also passionate about intentional “workback” schedules that aid with alignment of construction and store turn-over expectations with stakeholders, procurement and store operations.
Allen, who hails from North Carolina, enjoys being a transplant to the Tampa Bay-area of Florida. From soaking up the sun on the white sandy beaches to attending local music and food festivals, she enjoys spending time as a Floridan!
