Michelle Reuss has been on the Walgreens team for about 8.5 years and currently leads our Permit Facilitation team and our Landlord Program/Lease Obligations team. During her tenure, Michelle developed the permit facilitation program from the ground up with the goal of solving permitting pain points, with an emphasis on due diligence and jurisdiction partnerships. The program provides an end-to-end permitting strategy, working cross functionally across several business departments thus producing better permitting outcomes. In Michelle's spare time, she is President of her Homeowners Association and also has served as Director for the Village of Grayslake on their Planning & Zoning board. Michelle recently resigned the position to accept the Mayor of Grayslake's appointment to a Director position on the Village's Economic Commissions Board.

Michelle joined the Walgreens team with 15 years of property & facility management experience working for such companies as US Cellular, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Imperial Realty Company, Zeller Realty Group and MB Real Estate where she managed high-rise buildings throughout the city of Chicago and surrounding suburbs.
