Rebecca is a multidisciplinary global strategist who supports her clients at the intersection of real estate, facilities, design, EHSS, Wellness, and HR. She is a licensed environmental geoscientist who formerly led Fortune 50 corporate Environmental, Health, Safety, & Sustainability organizations at AT+T, UTC, and Bombardier Aerospace. She is an International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) Associate Professional (AP), an IWBI faculty member, and an internationally certified psychological safety-executive leadership coach (ACC). Rebecca leads MillerKnoll's global ENABLED BRG, which advocates for individuals with disabilites.
