Mr. Auster is the EVP, Head of Leasing for Urban Edge Properties. Prior to joining Urban Edge, Mr. Auster was Managing Director at Grid Properties where he was responsible for sourcing acquisitions and new development projects as well as overseeing the leasing of the company’s developments and existing retail portfolio. Prior to joining Grid Properties, Mr. Auster was a partner in the NYC office of Ripco Real Estate Corp. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland and New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate, where he received a MS in Real Estate Development and Investment.
