As Chief Operating Officer of Spinoso Real Estate Group, Don Klaben leads the company’s day-to-day operations and provides oversight to all facets of Property Operations, Asset Management and Client Relations.

Spinoso works closely with clients to align on assignment objectives and strategies, and places significant importance on centralized communications to allow SREG to deliver the best-in-class execution of their services.

Prior to joining SREG, Klaben held various senior level roles at the Pyramid Companies, working alongside Carmen Spinoso for a period of that time. He has 20 years of experience in the Retail Center industry, having responsibilities spanning from business development, asset management, property underwriting and valuations, debt restructuring, and various types of retail space leasing.

With a deep understanding of what it entails to maximize value at large scale retail assets, and an appreciation and emphasis on corporate synergies, Don leads a team that’s rooted in respect for each discipline’s contribution and executes on strategies with coordinated approaches in achieving success.

Klaben is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. His vast knowledge of the commercial real estate industry makes him an asset to SREG.
