All SPECS Show 2026 seminars and events will be at the Gaylord National Resort. Confirmed attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. The special single/double room occupancy room rate for SPECS attendees is $225 plus $22 resort fee and 18% taxes. A one-night deposit is required. These rates are available through Wednesday, February 12, 2026.
THE SPECS ROOM BLOCK FILLS QUICKLY — RESERVE YOUR ROOM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, THE GROUP RATE IS BASED ON AVAILABILITY.
Cancellation Policy: The deposit is refundable if notice is received at least three (3) days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. Otherwise, you will be charged one (1) night’s deposit.
