Roger Herman started his facility maintenance career in 1999, and has been working with Springwise Facility Management for the past 10 years.
Roger has worked with the largest retailers, restaurants and cell tower providers, delivering recurring and on-demand work, including landscaping, snow services, handyman, and refresh and remodel projects in all 50 states and Canada.
During his decade-long tenure at Springwise, he has held the titles of Account Manager, Operations Director, Regional Sales, and now, Director of National Sales.
Roger has been involved with SPECS for 16 years, and has served on the Advisory Board on three different occasions. He credits SPECS for enabling him to meet new customers and vendors that have become long-time partners.
Roger lives in Henderson, Nevada, where he has also served on the board of directors for Lake Las Vegas, a property that has 36 different communities and a 320-acre lake. He has also been married to his wife, Sandy, for 44 years.
