Visitor Code of Conduct

Management reserves the right to refuse registration or request that an attendee leave the event if the conduct of the attendee is deemed to be disruptive to the event. SPECS is a business to business forum; therefore access is restricted to persons 19 years of age and older.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: For cancellation/refund, a written notice must be received by July 31, 2021 and is subject to a $150 administration fee. Registrations received after this date are non-refundable.

By registering and attending SPECS, you are acknowledging your understanding and acceptance that you may be included in photographs and/or video take during the event and that these photographs and video footage may be used by SPECS in future promotional materials.

SPECS allows Exhibitors to do their own badge scanning at the event. SPECS is not responsible for Exhibitor scanning. When a Exhibitor scans your badge at a booth, you are consenting to allow that Exhibitor to use your contact information to communicate with you about their services and special offers. Please note that if you choose to have your attendee badge scanned by a Exhibitor at the conference, we will share your name and contact details with that Exhibitor. Please be aware that exhibitor scanning of attendee badges is optional and attendees may–without penalty–refuse to have their badges scanned at booths.

No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the show or conference without prior written permission from show management. Those found recording or taking pictures without authorization will be asked to leave the venue. The show organizer also reserves the right to confiscate any film, audio tape, video tape or to delete media storage.

If visitors interfere with business being conducted between exhibitors and other visitors or offend any other exhibitor or visitor they will be asked to leave the conference immediately.

Exhibitors of SPECS may offer free samples of their products to visitors. Please do not take sample items unless offered. Visitors that take what is deemed by show management as excessive amounts of offered samples will be asked to leave the conference.

Visitors are not allowed to hand out sales brochures, flyers, samples or other sales material to exhibitors or other visitors at the conference. Sales brochures or flyers left about the conference will be thrown away. Visitors trying to distribute sales material at the conference will be asked to leave the venue.

Thank you for your cooperation,
Show Management
