Holding a degree in architecture, Kaganowich began his career with over a decade in commercial and industrial general contracting, as project manager running complex projects and serving as a chief estimator.

For the past 30 years, Gary has specialized in retail construction, working at TD Bank. In this capacity, he has overseen high-volume programs, including De Novo ground-up builds, extensive renovations, and strategic portfolio rollouts, ensuring brand consistency, budget compliance and high-quality delivery across the portfolio.
