Paul Tidwell is a technology executive and AI strategy leader with more than 20 years modernizing complex, highly regulated environments across banking, fintech and insurance. As president of digital at Geniant and former managing director for financial Services at Amdocs/projekt202, he led large-scale AI and digital transformation programs for institutions such as MUFG/Union Bank, Southwest Airlines, Merck and Charles Schwab.

Tidwell has built AI practices from the ground up, delivering initiatives spanning AI-powered fraud detection and compliance monitoring, core banking and trading system modernization, MLOps and model governance and AI-accelerated SDLC for legacy platforms. His work focuses on safely extracting business value from AI in zero-downtime, regulated settings. This includes designing architectures, operating models and governance frameworks that meet stringent risk, security, and regulatory requirements while unlocking new revenue and operational efficiency.
