Justin Elder has served on the Retail Contractors Association (RCA) board since 2014. He has held positions of treasurer/secretary and VP, and he is the association’s current president.
Elder began working at Elder-Jones General Contractors in 2001, became a partner in 2008 and was named president in 2013. In his role as president, Elder has set forth initiatives on quality, safety, acquisitions and diversification. He takes pride in working with many of the nation’s top retailers, as well as providing an employee-focused company where people love what they do.
When not engaged in Elder-Jones or the RCA, Elder enjoys spending time with his wife Sara and two kids. He enjoys traveling, hunting with his Labrador retriever, and racing cars in the Sports Car Club of America.
