Harris’ path to his current position reflects a steady progression through the construction and retail sectors. He began his career with Turner Construction Company where he gained hands-on experience in project engineering and site coordination for large-scale projects. Later, he transitioned into retail construction management with Luxottica Retail. These roles honed his ability to manage complex projects and foster cross-functional collaboration.

Harris holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Dayton, where he was a four-year letterman and team captain of the football team—an experience that shaped his leadership and teamwork skills.
