Kevin Kilgore is an experienced executive with 30-plus years of leadership spanning architecture, development, and ownership within the retail and restaurant development and construction industry. In his current role as chief development officer at SweatHouz (SWTHZ), he is committed to driving strategic growth, forging impactful partnerships and advancing the brand in bold, innovative ways.

Specifically, Kilgore is focused on expanding the footprint of the brand’s studios and shaping SWTHZ’s long-term strategy. He is also responsible for developing the internal structure of the real estate, design and development departments and identifying new market opportunities.

Prior to SWTHZ, Kilgore was VP of design, development, construction and reinvestment at GoTo Brands. Before that, he was director of store development and facilities at Jim ’N Nick’s Community Bar-B-Q, and director, construction and development at Steak n Shake. He was also senior program manager at Chick-fil-A and director of construction at CVS.

Kilgore is also a member of the SPECS Advisory Board.
