Extensive experience procuring and managing retail electric power contracts and implementing and managing demand response programs in the competitive Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) market for 25 years. Have managed the retail power contracts for Whataburger for 18 years. Assist Whataburger with initial electric utility service design and site coordination, tariff application, high efficiency electric equipment rebate applications and monthly unit tariff review.

Graduate of Texas A&M University and a registered engineer in the State of Texas.
