Aaron Harris has been working in the QSR Industry since 1988, and is highly skilled in new restaurant openings, lease administration and contract negotiation.

He recently partnered with a software platform group as head of real estate and construction, supporting local pizza shop owners to build profitable businesses through technology and marketing that streamlines day-to-day operations.

Prior to the endeavor, Harris was the head of development for the fast-growing coffee group Dutch Bros. Since joining the brand in 2017, Harris has lead all development functions, and oversaw real estate, construction and facilities management.

Prior to joining Dutch Bros, Harris spent a decade leading development for Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen working with many different brands such as Arbys, Captain D’s, and Jack In the Box. He is also fortunate to have worked on six continents.

Harris has undergraduate degrees in History and English from St. Louis University and an MBA from Duke University. He lives with his wife and three teenage sones in Redondo Beach, CA. He likes to spend his free time complaining about traffic and training in mixed martial arts.
