Kelsey Staton has over seven years of experience in the QSR industry. Currently, she is construction admin manager for Dutch Bros Coffee, leading a team of seven construction project coordinators supporting the company’s growth initiatives. She specializes in driving efficiencies in program management, financial reporting, contract management and project coordination for over 200 shops annually.

Prior to joining Dutch Bros, Staton worked for Colvin Oil Company, a fuel and convenience store retailer later acquired by the Andretti Petroleum Group. Here, she held various roles including general administration and pricing coordination.

Staton holds a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising Management from Oregon State University.
