David Hymowitz has spent the last decade working for American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) as both a senior coordinator of store fixtures design and construction project manager for all five AEO brands’ store construction projects, renovations, remodels and expansions. His profound knowledge of retail project management and experience in implementing new systems, leading design of store fixtures, and creating process improvements has been adopted company wide.

As a retail construction project manager, Hymowitz has a solid background in directing project teams, construction coordinators and contractors to deliver annual goals for all new construction projects. He works closely with his teams as a hands-on project leader. He also can draft, draw, engineer, and participate in construction and carpentry activities.

Among his key strengths: engaging with key stakeholders to develop strategies for driving revenue and business growth, and managing multiple high-profile projects simultaneously, while meeting aggressive timelines, and manage complex budgets.
