Jacob Stark serves as Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations and Tenant Coordination at Stark Enterprises, a 40+ year real estate development and management firm headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, he leads Commercial Operations and oversees key functions that support portfolio performance and the tenant experience, including Tenant Coordination, Security, and Marketing. Jacob brings a multidisciplinary background to the organization, holding a law degree from UCLA School of Law with experience spanning real estate, law, and creative industries. He is one of founder Bob Stark’s four children and part of the next generation of Stark leadership.
