Robin Gasser is a Director of Real Estate for Dutch Bros Coffee, where she leads the brand’s expansion across the Eastern region. With more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, she brings deep expertise in site acquisition, market strategy, financial analysis, lease negotiation, and portfolio growth. Previously, Robin held senior real estate leadership roles with Dutch Bros Coffee, Bridgestone Retail Operations, and Dollar Tree Stores, managing large, multi state territories and delivering new, relocated, and expanded stores. She began her real estate career in brokerage with Divaris Real Estate and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Old Dominion University.
