Casey is a Senior Director in the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) practice within EY Parthenon, focusing on real estate technology (smart buildings) and IoT deployment; he has been with EY since November 2021. Casey works with real estate clients to align their workplace technology, facility management, and smart building capabilities to drive value and enhance the end-user experience; he has worked with Fortune 500 companies to develop real estate technology strategies that can be implemented across global portfolios. Casey has successfully managed smart building strategies for a REIT with $41 billion in Assets Under Management (AUM) and developed comprehensive technology roadmaps for global clients, including a multinational food manufacturer and a global athletic wear company.
