Paul is the Civil Engineering Group Leader responsible for construction project management, field services, surveying, and civil site and roadway engineering. He has more than 21 years of experience which includes providing services to private and public sector clients on roadway, bridge, building and underground utility construction and design projects. Paul serves as the construction services manager and is responsible for customer interfacing, coordination of construction administration and inspection field staff, and quality assurance.
