As Director of Global Diversity and the Accessibility Center of Excellence, Victor leads the integration of disability inclusion and accessibility across infrastructure, employment, and the customer experience. He spent over two decades in public service, serving from 2012–2022 as Commissioner of the New York City Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities under three administrations. Victor has held and continues to hold prestigious leadership roles, including appointments to the MTA Board and the Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum Board of Trustees. A native New Yorker and Paralympian, he is married with two daughters.
